CONCORD, N.C. — Police say they have arrested Dontae Milton-Black for a shooting at Concord Mills Mall that led to the death of a 13-year-old girl and injured two others.
- Police say they received a call about a fight near Dave and Busters around 8:40 p.m. and shots were fired a few seconds later
- A 13-year-old girl was killed and two boys younger than 16 were injured
- Police have charged Dontae Milton-Black in connection to the crime
On January 1, Concord Police announced 18-year-old Black, of Charlotte, had been arrested and charged with first degree murder and felony riot in connection to Saturday’s shooting.
